So this is the first time in a week I've updated my diary - I haven't given up, I've been in hospital! I had a gallstone attack last Friday and was admitted; I just got out today.
In terms of weight loss this means I've lost quite a few pounds already, because for most of my hospital stay I was quite poorly and couldn't eat much. It's not the way I wanted to lose weight but I suppose it's still a step in the right direction. I am expecting to maintain or even gain a little weight back as I start feeling better though.
I missed my first weigh-in so I'll wait till Sunday, 2 weeks in, to post my weight loss. See you then!
