I have lost 1lb this week! This means I have lost 11lb in total.
At first I was disappointed, and hoped the scales would change over the day - but I am a very definite 14st 4lb. It may be because I've been feeling quite hormonal this week; I've already blogged about my urges to overeat and, while I really haven't, the hormones causing it might still be keeping my weight on.
But I'm not disappointed anymore! I've realised that, even if I only lose 1lb a week, that's 4lb a month and over 40lb by the end of the year. This means that, by this next New Year, I could potentially be a healthy weight. Here's hoping!
